By accepting delivery of any product from Divine Intervention Healings, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and Divine Intervention Healings agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and Divine Intervention Healings.
Refund Policies
Divine Intervention Healings will only accept returns of defective or damaged products within 30 days of the shipment date of the order. There are no refunds for ebooks or MP3s. Please allow up to 30 days to receive a replacement.
We urge you to examine your product(s) upon arrival to ensure appropriate condition, before signing for the package. Customer agrees to comply with Divine Intervention Healings's Product Return/Exchange Procedure set forth below. Any breach of Divine Intervention Healings's Return/Exchange Policy Procedure will result in the loss of Divine Intervention Healings's return/exchange guarantee. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.
Product Return Procedure
To request a replacement product for a defective item(s), you must send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of the shipment date of your order stating the problem with the item(s). Divine Intervention Healings will not accept returns without prior authorization. Customer will be required to ship the item(s) back before a replacement product will be send out. Products being returned for a refund must be received by Divine Intervention Healings within 10 days after expiration of the 30 day return period. Returns received after the 10 day return period will no longer be eligible for replacement.
Risk of Loss
All purchases from Divine Intervention Healings are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to Customer upon our delivery to the carrier.
General Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms: An order is not binding upon Divine Intervention Healings until it is accepted; Divine Intervention Healings must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. You may purchase merchandise by using any of the payment options in your shopping cart.
Shipping Charges: Your total cost for the purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown in your shopping cart.
Changing Orders: You may request a change to your order provided the order has not already been shipped. Please email [email protected] to request a change to your order.
Cancelling Orders: You may request than an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Please email [email protected] to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 2-4 business days. If you request to cancel an order that has already shipped it will be treated as a return and will be subject to our return policy.
Divine Intervention Healings reserves the right to change its policies at any time without prior notice.
